One payment per referral. The fee is the same whether the stay period of the au pair is one
month or six months. The contract with HAHA ends on the day the au pair starts.

HAHA does not guarantee that the Au pair will stay for the promised period.No guarantee, no support. Referrals only.

Finding an Au Pair on your behalf
Au pair online interview on your behalf
Reference check of an Au Pair on your behalf
Set up and attend an online interview if you wish
Online Au pair training before your Au pair start
Give your Au Pair your contact information and arrange for them to contact you directly
Contact both parties at least once every 3 weeks to make sure everything is going well.
If there are any problems, speak to your Au Pair on your behalf and try to resolve the problem as
soon as possible.
*If the Au pair decides to end the program earlier than expected, we will find another Au pair.
*If things do not go well with the Au pair, we will look for a different Au pair.
Refer to an Au pair on a priority basis.

A $60 weekly fee will be charged from the day the au pair starts. The first 4 weeks will be
paid in advance, and weekly payments will be made thereafter. As long as the Au pair stays in
the house, the payment is due even if the family is away on holiday or the Au pair is sick and
cannot help the family.

The contract with HAHA ends the day the Au pair end.

HAHA does not guarantee that the Au pair will stay for the promised period, but if the Au
pair leaves early, we will find a different Au pair as soon as possible.

*If you are not satisfied with the Au pair you have been introduced to or if your Au pair leaves early, we will introduce you to another Au pair free of charge. We may not be able to introduce you to another Au pair immediately, depending on availability. (Introduction + Support plan only) Please let us know which plans would you like to use. If you are not sure, please feel free to contact us. HAHA is run by a single mother with three children. My goal is to keep our fees as low as possible so that many people can use our Au pair to help with childcare and household chores.
